Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
dwi help
Hello, I recently was arrested for a DWI. I feel that I will plead guilty, but I am curious if there's anything that can be done. I know there's issues with FSTs and Breathalyzer tests, such as the cop requiring me to blow harder for a longer duration of time. I obviously gave him the wrong registration card because it has my old car's information, which no longer exists. Is there any hope?

Better consult with an attorney who understands substantive and procedural DUI law as it's currently practiced in the Commonwealth and in the particular court where you're currently charged.
