Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Embezelment
I worked for a Wholesale Irrigation Company and had a contractor that needed help. I sold him supplies under other contractor names, and used his checks to pay for the supplies. I was let go for my actions. Now he refuses to pay for them, and the company I worked for is thinking about sueing me. Can they legal do that. PLease answer this question for me. Tahnks
