Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Embezzlement & Forgery
I have been charged with embezzlement and forgery totally $19,000.00 Sentencing is March 3rd. In the year since I was charged I have made restitution totalling $12,000.00 hopefully with the balance being paid by court date. This is my first offense of any kind. What are my possibilities of getting in house incarceration and how much active time in jail could I get?

These are questions which should be addressed to your defense counsel who presumably has been representing you on these serious felony charges. over the past year.
