can a person who has been convicted of embezzelment become a certified nursing assistant, a pharmacy tech. or a blood tech.

If these professions are subject to state licensure you could check with the state board
or other agency responsible for issuing the license.
I would doubt, however, that even a felony conviction for embezzlement would be sufficient to bar one from one of these professions on that ground alone.
