Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Can I enter the military as a plea deal in court? I'm being charged with grand larceny and even though I'm sure it will be reduced, I'm still trying to avoid jail time?

If it were June 25, 1950, that option might be a possibility in certain
jurisdictions. However, as of today, as far as I am aware it is not and
you can pretty much forget it. (Furthermore, the United States military
is not looking to staff its voluntary force today with convicted criminals.)
