Is there a specific time frame for evidence to be shared with the defense counsel? i.e. number of days before the trial?

All so-called Brady material, meaning exculpatory evidence, should be turned over to the defense by the prosecutor's office without delay. Other requests by the defense for discoverable(or what are thought to be such) materials should be handled timely in accordance with local and state rules to ensure that the defendant is not improperly prejudiced at his or her trial.
