Re: what is the exact law in english for RECKLESS DRIVING?
Va. Traffic Code Sec. 46.2-852 is the so-called
general rule intended to define(in a very general way)reckless driving in the Commonwealth. It states as follows: Irrespective of the maximum speeds permitted by law, any person who drives a vehicle on any highway recklessly or at a speed or
in a manner so as to endanger the life, limb, or property of any person shall be guilty of reckless driving.
A little mud spatter on the cop's car caused (unintentionally, of course)by you as you were attempting to get on your way, hardly fits the definition set forth above for reckless driving(in my objective opinion).
