Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
expunge felony?
how can I become ''not a convicted felon''. Is this possible? I plead guilty in 2000 to federal conspiracy charges for distribution of 499 grams or less of meth.My sentence was 5 years probatation. (finished in Aug of this yr). Do I have to carry this title ''convicted felon'' forever?

Re: expunge felony?
I am not aware of any remedy under the Federal Rules of Criminal procedure by which you could have the record of the conviction which you've described effectively expunged.
