expunge a old record of a felony wearying ski mask in public and can you obtain to own a gun and vote after felony has been expunged ? how long does a felony last on your record 7 years ?

Neither the record of a felony nor even a misdemeanor conviction
may be expunged in Virginia unless you can prove that
you were wrongfully convicted and as a consequence thereof
have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec.
19.2-392.2 et seq.)
