Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Expungement
I was charged and found guilty with petit larceny 2yrs ago and I have court on tomorrow to try and get this expunged. I have never been in trouble with the law. This is the only time i have been in trouble. What is the judge chances of approving the expungement?

Re: Expungement
Quite good, I would think, assuming that the Commonwealth has no case constituting "just cause"
to oppose it.
