Expungement
I was convicted of a felony 5 years ago, forgery pf a public documnet(traffic citation) it is very hard for me to find a good job now is it possible that I can get this expunged off my record

Re: Expungement
Only if you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and as a consequence have received a pardon for your felony offense from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19-392.2 et seq.)
