Expungement of Embezzlement
Does state of VA allows expungement for crimes like embezzlement where the person pleaded guilty. if no then what else can one do if it was his first offense of any kind, to clean or seal his record. how long after committing the crime can one apply for certificate of rehabilitation and pardon in virginia. plesae reply fast. will appreciate alot.

A conviction for a crime such as embezzlement(or any crime for that matter) is not expungable in
the Commonwealth of Virginia unless you can prove that you were wrongly convicted and have received a pardon from the governor.
