where do i find the proper papers to file in order to get an expungement of cases?

Forms from form books in law libraries or from attorneys. Some clerks of court may have them also.

Expungement of cases? What makes you think that you might be eligible for such expungement which is very difficult to secure in the Commonwealth even under the most favorable circumstances?
I suggest that you check out Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq. and then, perhaps, arrange for a consultation wih an attorney with experience in such matters before you proceed any further.
