Expungement
My son was charged with petty larceny but convicted of trespassing. It eas a misdemeanor charge and this was his first offense but he also has a reckless driving charge, does that matter and can you help him to get it expunged

Re: Expungement
If your son has been convicted of reckless driving which is a criminal Class 1 misdemeanor offense, he
will not be able to expunge the trespassing charge conviction which may be available to one time offenders, only. See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(C).
