Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
expungement/sealing criminal record
I have a misdemeanor hit and run on my record that occured in 2000. I feel this is having a huge impact on my ability to be hired for a job (I have a degree in criminal justice), and was curious about the possibility of getting this somehow removed from my record. Is there anything I can do?
