Expunging a felony
How can I get an obstruction of justice felony in Virginia expunged off the record of a 21 year old male? He has no other charges as an adult.

Re: Expunging a felony
Can't be done, unless the young man can prove that he was wrongfully convicted of the felony and in consequence has received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
