expunging petty larceny
is possible to have this expunged, even though i plead guilty, is there a wait period?
also its been hard to find a job? i have been looking for 2weeks now and some interviews they said they will call me back but haven still/, where can i look for work in va, i am based in hampton roads area? i hav a bachelor of science degreee? is this a waste now?

First offense misdemeanors may be expunged under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(C)unless the Commonwealth has "just cause" to oppose such expungements.
