Is it possible to exsponge an grand larceny and embezzlement misdemeanor charges off your record if you didn't get convicted?

Yes, the record of these arrests should be expungable if the charges were dismissed, nolle prossed, or you were found not guilty after trial (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
