exspungement
If I was charged with a felony assault and was convicted of simple assault in 2002, would it be possible to get it exspunged so I can work in the medical field or is it a hopeless case

Re: exspungement
Misdemeanor assault cases appear now to be expungable under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(C), if it's a first time conviction and the Commonwealth doesn't have "just cause" to object.
