Re: extradition from Hungary to United States

That it be proven that the defendant being detained and processed for extradition is a fugitive from justice from a sister jurisdiction and that he or she is in fact the person named in the fugitive warrant who committed the crime in that sister jurisidiction as described in that warrant.
