Extradition proceedings
When a person is extradited for a misdemeanor and appears in court for abond hearing,does the judge generally require him to stay in the state until the case is heard?

Extraditions for misdemeanors are not all that common which means that the state which requested this action must have wanted the defendant for special reasons. As a result, the conditions for bond would likely approach the most rigorous permitted under the law of the extraditing state, which could include, if bond is granted, that the defendant not be permitted to leave the state without the court's permission.
