extradition from state to state
If I moved from Pa to Va and failed to report change of address to my probation officer,and a warrant is issued for my arrest in NJ because I fail to show up for a hearing, can I be extradited

If the alleged probation violation were based upon an underlying felony conviction, it's possible that New Jersey authorities might seek your extradition; however, for a misdemeanor offense, I would think not.
