is europ and canada have an extradition low to usa about drunken driving mansloughter escapee from usa if so which countries does have that law in europ thanx

The U.S. I believe has extradition treaties/agreements with virtually all countries who are members of the European Union, These treaties or agreeements, however, do not include extradition for U.S. offenses, for which the potential extraditee could be sentenced to death in the United States.
