Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If I was facing possible indictment of manufacturing marijuana in Virginia, would the police agency send people out to Texas to come pick me up? I've always heard it depends on the crime. The police agency who originally got this call isn't exactly sitting on a lot of money, its kind of a poor town.

Assuming it's a felony, yes, I think that the Virginia law enforcement agency
involved would make the effort required to scrape up the funds necessary
to send officers out there to Texas to have you brought back to the
Commonwealth on extradition warrants.
