Failure to pay restitution
I am on probation and I have to go back to court for a violation of probation, failure to pay restitution, In VA, what are the sentencing guidlines

If your violation of the conditions of your probation is flagrant, whatever part of your sentence that had been previously suspended, the court could now impose.
However, if you have even a somewhat reasonable explanation for your failure to pay the restitution that had been ordered, the sanctions should be minimal and you should be restored to the probation that was previously ordered with whatever added conditions the court deems appropriate.
