Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

false arrest and harrasment

my son was charges and convicted of contributing to a minor in 2007. he was put on probation and jail suspended. he was also told to stay away from the person and he has done so. however he has been stalked by her family since then and she has complained that he is stalking her. he has been arrested three times since and at his last hearing he was found not guilty and the family was told to stay away from him. he was arrested AGAIN this past saturday and now we have to go to court again. What can my son do to protect himself. he works 60 hours a week and has been dating his girlfriend for over a year and has no interests in this girl or her family.

Re: false arrest and harrasment

Ask the judge to impose sanctions against the family maember(s) who apparently violated the court's stay away order.
