Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

False Charge's

The reason that I am writing to you is to find out how to help my husband. He was tried and sentenced but during the process there were alot of lie's told and the court appointed lawyer that he had did not help him.

He is currently incarcerated in a very well known prison that has been under investigation since it opened by the FBI and also the ACLU and other's.

What we want is to find a ProBono Lawyer to help us get his case back into court, and I need some legal help on how to do this. I am unable to get his inmate records due to no-one at the prison seeming to have the form that I need.

I would greatly appericate any and all help that you can give me,my husband was recieving disability and does have medical and mental problem's. Can you please help us.

I can't help you, but if you search the internet for central virginia legal aid, the southern poverty law center and the aclu they may prove to be good resources or can at least get you on the right track of who you need to ask.
