False Prescription

I have a friend who has been being prescribed Methadone for a chronic pain condition for 8 years. His doctor mails him the prescription once a month. This month it was late and he took it upon myself to make one on his computer and had it filled. He was in withdrawl and just wasn't thinking. This happened in VA, where he was staying helping a friend who is very ill...He lives in SC and came back home when he suspected he was in trouble..Is VA likely to come pick me up here or not? It was just one prrescription.

Yeah, the Commonwealth's officers will probably come for you, if it's a felony and you fail to appear.
