Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
False Report On Protective Order
I was attacked by my wife and called 911, twice. Police arrived and I left voluntarily. Arrived home the next day and was issued a temporary protective order from the Police. I have not been able to go home in two weeks, slept in my office, hotels and car. The most devastating to me is that I have been forbiden to see my three year old son. The report she filed portrays me as the aggresor with numerous false statements and half truths. How can she be able to do this without a judge hearing my side for fifteen days?
