Falsely Accused Of Rape By a sub.
After A night of drinking i was texted by another soldier who i had had sexual relations with a few months prior to come over to her home. I did she let me in and we did our thing. The next day to avoid being in trouble for adultery (Im Married) she claimed I came in her house but she doesnt remember if we had sex or not, she just felt like she had in the morning. Now the Unit VA who I believed helped to ''lead'' her into her decsion to make it public has brought it before CID, They spoke with me the next day and i had nothing to hide. This girl has a history of this and also has current sexual assault charges on another higher ranking NCO as well. In all this the Unit VA (a SSG) has told people not in the need to know about everything. What do I do all I did was have consensual sex granted I am wrong in the adultary area
