Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
The father of my child is coming by my parent's house (where me and my child lives) unexpectedly and unannounced. What would happen if I called the cops and can any legal action be done by this because he just can't be stopping by whenever he wants?

Sure, if you have a valid CPO (Civil Protection Order) in place; otherwise
best to forget about calling the cops unless this individual has provably violated
a ciminal law of the Commonwealth (or, perhaps, credibly threatened to do so).
