Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If my father in-law's name was added to the Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry list for a false accusation that never happened and never went to court , will that prevent me from passing top security clearance background check? Will it prevent me or my wife from getting a government job? What family members will be affected from this situation? What affect will it have on the person involved and other people associated with that person?
