Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

On Feb. 28th i was gone all day while some friends of mine and her BF had stayed at my house, i had told them to be gone when i got back but they weren't. When i come home my house is surrounded by cops because they where fighting and the police thought they had a gun because my father had called and told them he may have one. The police busted into my house to find no one was there, then i confronted the police and they were still looking for them. One of my friends had also texted me and told me where she was at, and i told the police the information and they got them. Then i was questiond about a marijuana plant found in my house that i did not know about. (Apparently the marijuana plants where a good 5 months away from growing anything smokeable) , I denied any knowledge of it and the cop said if i keep bullshitting with him i would be charged with manufacturing and arrested on the spot. i did not confess to it. They searched my house and found a couple of homemade smoking tools, thats it. A week has passed and i got an arrest warrant, i was taken and processed and released. I am now being charged with Manufacturing Marijuana NOT FOR PERSONAL USE. WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!
