Federal Indicment
My friend was charge with several federal indicments is their any possibility for early release due to mistakes in his paperwork

"Mistakes in the paperwork", you inquire, as a basis for early release of federal defendants?
I would think not. Based upon my experience in representing defendants in federal court since year 2000, I would say, that such mistakes as you're suggesting would be unlikely to provide a basis for release of anyone charged. Knowing what I know about federal prosecutors and their indictments, I would have to say that any such mistakes are likely trivial and in no way would affect the substantive content of the indictment(s).
