felon and firearms
My boyfriend got arrested a month ago for having a firearm while being a felon and resisting arrest. What's the min time he can serve?

The penalty for firearm felon non violent felony is 2 years. If his previous felony was violent then 5 years. The resisting arrest is a class 1 misdemeanor and 12 months in jail is max time on that.
