Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
felony for breaking and entering
9 years ago i received a felony for a breaking and entering charge wich has messed up my lifeas far as getting a good job goes, now i am a happy mother of 3 and a wife and i want nothing more than to go to nursing school and get a career going! is there any way of getting this off my record? thanks for youre time

Re: felony for breaking and entering
Felonies are not expungable in the Commonwealth unless you can prove that you were falsely convicted of the crime(s) and have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
