Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Felony charge
In June 2003, in Virginia, I was charged with a Felony, 2 counts of writing bad cks. (my personal acct.). I completed my probation, pd. all fines req'd., made full restitution and released by the courts, full compliance w/ all sentence given. Is it possible to have my record expunged? I work in the health field w/ 27+ yrs. exp. and this is effecting ability to obtain employment. Otherwise I have a clean record.

Re: Felony charge
Felony convictions are not expungable in the Commonwealth, even for first time and only offenders.
