Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If one has a felony conviction that was comitted when a minor an was certified as a adult, and the charge is atleast 25 years old... what can be done to have it so it does not show up when trying to get employed? An have been off parole for over 6 years.

Other than seeking a possible pardon from the governor, I know of nothing.
Even records of misdemeanor convictions are normally not expungeable in Virginia. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
