How can you get a felony conviction expunged from your record in Virginia?

Not possible in the Commonwealth unless you can prove
that you were wrongfully convicted of the offense and as a consequence thereof have received a pardon from the governor, pursuant
to Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.
