Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
felony convictions
my wife has 6 felony convictions in 2 seperate acts about 5 years apart. She is a certified medical tech through classes at our local community college. can she get a better job ever. She takes home only $400 every 2 weeks and accepts the idea that her life will never be any better. she's behind on bills and she loves nursing. help

If you're asking whether your wife's record of
felony convictions in the Commonwealth can possibly be expunged, the answer, unfortunately, is, no, it cannot unless she can prove that she was wrongfully convicted of these offenses and has received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
