felony expungement
Is it possible to get a felony expunged for shoplifting? This was a second offense, no prison time but 2 months was spent in jail. Thanks

Expungements are not available to any person who has been convicted of the crime charged.

Re: felony expungement
A record of a felony conviction in the Commonwealth is not expungable unless the convicted one can prove that s/he was wrongfully convicted and has received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
