Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
How do i get my felony exsponged from off my criminal record.I was convicted of forgery in 2008.Since then i havent been in any other criminal problems. I plann on attending college, but dont want my past to stop e from going for the career I am after.

You cannot get the record of this felony expunged unless you
can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and consequently have received
a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
