my gaughter forged a quanity on perscription for anxiety med,she has no dr.now to go to.can they legaly leave her in the lurch like that,what can we do?,until she goes to court?

I have no idea what you're referring to in using the phrase "can they legally leave her in the lurch like that"...
However, one thing is very clear: If your daughter has been charged with the crime of forging drug prescriptions, she is in need of a competent defense counsel ASAP!
