New .? Can a felony gun charge be removed from a police record after a certain number of years has passed? Friend had a concealed un registered gun on him and he got charged with a felony for it not been registered gun wasnt involved in any bad dealings or wasnt fired etc at time of arrest

prove that he was wrongfully convicted of the offense and has received an
absolute pardon from the governor.
