Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Can you get a felony taken off or sponged on your record a ski mask wearied in public ? There are other two felony chargers but not convicted of them just the ski mask in public. Is there anyway to handle this so I could land a job in the health career? i'm doing so well in school on my BS degree now.

No, felony records of conviction are not expungeable in the Commonwealth

unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted of the crime.

(See Va. Code Sec.19.2-392.2.)
