What is the maximum amount of time allowed for a arraignment after a person surrenders in Norfolk, VA? That is from time of arrest!

I am not aware of any maximum time for arraignment
per se for Norfolk (or any other jurisiction, for that matter), but if the defendant is being held in custody, it would normally be within a week of his arrest, or, if he's been released, then within
a month or two of the arrest.
