Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was in a fight with my boyfriends baby mother and the court case has come and gone. She and I have a no contact order with each other. He has a court case coming up. I wanted to know would I get in trouble for sitting in the courtroom or is that violating the no contact. The incident was 2 years ago and my sentence was suspended for 3 years as long as I keep the peace and no contact with the victim. I live in Fredricksburg, Va. Thank you.
