Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
This is a follow up to my question in regards to the situation whereI was lied to about his age in VA. Initally it was a slip of the tounge and his family (although they knew my age and were quiet until that moment) they confirmed that he indeed was 15.

So, how was this 15 year old boy able to get into this bar to be served
alcohol and subsequently to take up with you there? It would seem to me that
you need more than a "slip of the tongue"(presumably the boy's) as well as the
assertions of family members (who might have had their own reasons to back his claim) in order to establish what this established liar's true age might have really been at the time.
