Forgery
What can I do to an estranged wife who has forged my name on bad checks because I am being declined every time I write a check. She is on probation for stealing and forging prescriptions?

Forgery is a crime and you can swear out a complaint at your local police department if you're being victimized by a forger---even if it's your estranged wife who is committing this crime.
