Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Just found out i have a Contempt of court charge for a capias that was issued as a result of a domestic violence arrest it has been 5yr since arrested had to leave state to have place to live is there anything i can do without having to spend time in jail this is in VA Beach
